The iREIGN Collective provides AI strategy consulting and AI staff build services, including but not limited to AI voice agents, AI chat agents, and related automation solutions. The specific scope, timeline, and deliverables for each engagement are agreed upon during the onboarding process and documented in a separate service agreement.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement to use our services. By using our website or services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
Booking and Payment
By booking a demo or purchasing a service, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and fulfill payment obligations as outlined in your service agreement. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. All fees are described in your service agreement and may include setup fees, monthly subscription fees, and per-minute usage fees.
Knowledge Base and Training Data
To build your AI staff, we collect and process information from your website, social media accounts, business documents, and other sources you authorize. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any proprietary materials provided for AI training. The knowledge base we create is specific to your business and remains confidential. It will not be shared with other clients. Upon termination of services, all knowledge base data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. If you require a copy of your data before deletion, data export services are available for an additional fee. Export requests must be submitted before the 30-day deletion window closes.
AI Call Recording
Our AI voice agents may record calls handled on your behalf. These recordings are used for quality assurance, service improvement, and may be provided to you as part of your service. Call recordings are deleted within 30 days of service termination. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable call recording laws in your jurisdiction, including providing any required notices or obtaining consent from callers as required by federal and state law.
AI Staff Disclaimer
AI staff built by The iREIGN Collective are tools designed to assist your business operations. While we strive for accuracy and reliability, AI systems may occasionally produce errors or unexpected responses. We are not liable for decisions made, appointments booked, information provided, or transactions initiated by AI staff during automated interactions. You are responsible for monitoring your AI staff and ensuring the information it provides is accurate and appropriate for your business.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and design elements, is the property of The iREIGN Collective™ and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission. AI staff builds created for your business are licensed for your use during your active service agreement. The underlying technology, frameworks, and processes used to create your AI staff remain our intellectual property.
Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete business information for AI training, review and approve your AI staff's responses and behaviors before deployment, comply with all applicable laws regarding AI use, automated communications, and call recording in your jurisdiction, not use our services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose, and notify us promptly of any issues or errors with your AI staff.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The iREIGN Collective shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or damages resulting from AI staff errors or omissions. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Results Disclaimer
Results vary by business. We make no guarantees about specific outcomes, revenue increases, call volumes, or performance metrics. Statistics and figures referenced on our website represent industry data and general findings, not guaranteed results. Individual results depend on your business, implementation, market conditions, and other factors outside our control.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The iREIGN Collective, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.
Termination
Either party may terminate services as outlined in the service agreement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our website or services if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your AI staff will be deactivated within 30 days. All knowledge base data, call recordings, and associated client data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of termination. If you require a copy of your data before deletion, data export services are available for an additional fee. Export requests must be submitted before the 30-day deletion window closes.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Alabama.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
